What types of products can I return for a refund?
Products you purchase through the Wingfox.com are generally eligible for a refund. However, due to the specialty of a virtual product, you will need to meet the following conditions before asking for a refund:
1. You must view less than 3 lessons(videos) of purchased content (exclude the free preview video)and no record of project files downloaded.
2. Products are eligible for a refund within 7 days of purchase. Wingfox.com has the right to refuse the refund request expired.
When are products eligible for a refund?
Products are eligible for a refund within 7 days of purchase.
You will not be eligible for refunds for products from which you have been banned or for which you have otherwise violated the terms of service. In addition, you may not be eligible for refunds if Wingfox.com determines that you are abusing the refund policy.
How can I request a refund?
You can request a refund by clicking “Contact Us” on the site and submitting a refund request.
How will I get my refund?
By default, purchases will be refunded to the payment method used to make the purchase, but this may not always be possible depending on the payment method. You and Wingfox.com may also agree that the refund is issued by an alternative method. Please note the amount of time for the refund to process is dependent on your payment method.
Notice: For users who are eligible for refund, there are 4.2% service charge need to be deducted.The charge is deducted by the third party payment platform.
